Leverage: The multiplier applied to the trade amount, which determines the degree of risk. In the case of 100x leverage, it is multiplied by 100.
0.0001: The fixed handling fee rate charged by Poloniex for 100x leverage trades.

Let's say you wish to open a long position on BTC/USDT with a notional trade value of $10,000 and utilize 100x leverage.
