Solana (SOL) decentralized exchange (DEX) tokens, such as Raydium (RAY), Jupiter (JUP), and Orca (ORCA), saw a surge in prices on Monday, coinciding with the launch of the "official" Trump meme coin on Solana.

Raydium, the largest Solana DEX, saw its token price rise to $6.95, marking its highest level since Dec. 31. The price surged by over 5,730% from its lowest point in 2023. The rally pushed Raydium's market cap to nearly $2 billion.

Meanwhile, JUP, the largest perpetual exchange on Solana, saw a rise to $0.85, bringing the token's valuation to $1.1 billion. Orca, another Solana DEX, saw its token price soar to $3.85, with the daily volume rising by 50% to reach $52 million.

The surge came after President-elect Donald Trump, who is set to be inaugurated on Monday, Jan. 20, launched the Official Trump (TRUMP) meme coin on Solana.

The token, which is available for purchase on FTX, Binance, and Huobi, saw its market cap quickly surge to $3.6 billion, while the fully diluted valuation hit $18.2 billion.

Most of these DEXs also saw a sharp increase in daily volume amid the popularity of the meme coin. Raydium's daily volume rose to $5.31 billion, marking its highest daily gain on record.

Orca's daily volume of $2.73 billion also marked its highest increase on record, with the majority of this volume being related to the new Trump meme coin. Jupiter's daily volume saw a rise of 27%, making it the second-largest player in the perpetual futures after Hyperliquid.
