Toss The Coin IPO was subscribed 465.98 times on Thursday, December 12, the third day of bidding for the initial public offering (IPO). The IPO received bids for 121.03 crore shares against the total issue size of 2.56 crore shares.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 100 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1.56 crore shares by early investors and promoters. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 175-180 per share.
