According to Martinez, XLM is poised for a 16% price move. With Stellar currently trading at $0.32, it remains to be seen if it can break through the crucial $0.37 resistance level. A successful breakout could create a 16% surge, pushing the price to around $0.4292.

Stellar has been facing a substantial downtrend over the past two several months, with the altcoin currently witnessing a 26.6% decrease over the past 30 days. Its price has been moving between a high of $0.48 to a low of $0.31 over the said period.
