South Korea’s leading crypto exchange, Bithumb, has announced the listing of two cryptocurrencies on its KRW market today. The tokens set to join the exchange's Won Market are Peak (PEAQ) and BANA (VANA). Trading for both tokens will commence on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 4:00 PM KST.

According to an official notice by Bithumb, PEAQ (PEAQ) will trade exclusively on the Won Market, and deposits via other networks will not be supported. The base price for PEAQ has been set at 853 won, and deposit and withdrawal services will begin within three hours of the announcement. Notably, the network requires 10 confirmations for deposits to be completed.

根据Bithumb官方通知，PEAQ（PEAQ）将仅在韩元市场上交易，不支持通过其他网络充值。 PEAQ的基准价格已定为853韩元，存款和取款服务将在公告后三个小时内开始。值得注意的是，网络需要 10 次确认才能完成存款。

Meanwhile, VANA (VANA) will also be supported on the Won Market, with no allowance for deposits via other networks, as per the official notice. The base price for VANA is set at 23,730 won, and the deposit and withdrawal services will open within three hours of the notice. Deposits on the network require 100 confirmations to be completed.

As usual, Bithumb will enforce specific trading restrictions to ensure a stable trading environment. For the first five minutes after trading begins, buying orders will be restricted. Furthermore, selling orders during this period will be limited to a price range between -10% and +100% of the base price. Automatic transactions will only be allowed after the initial transactions have concluded.

The listing announcement saw $PEAQ rise to 36.15% and trade at 0.6848$. The 24 hour market cap also went up by 31.27% to 447.34 million$. Surging to a massive 98.72% increase, the project’s popularity is evident from its market cap, which has reached an impressive 50.45 million$.
