FTX vs. LayerZero BackgroundThe dispute dates back to March 2022, when FTX Ventures participated in LayerZero Labs’ $135 million funding round. Alameda Ventures, FTX’s sister trading firm, also invested over $70 million between January and May 2022 to acquire a 4.92% stake in LayerZero.
