Interpol has issued a "red notice" to member countries on behalf of Finland against Hex and PulseChain founder Richard James Schuler, also known as Richard Hart among crypto investors, over fraud charges amounting to "hundreds of millions of euros" and assaulting a 16-year-old.

Europol has also added Schuler to its most wanted list, while the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a separate lawsuit against him for allegedly selling unregistered securities through several crypto projects he launched.

Schuler was notably added to Europol's list on Dec. 18, likely around the same time the Red Notice was issued. Meanwhile, he published a cryptic post on social media.
