Cronos Labs and Layer Zero announced today that LayerZero, the leading cross-blockchain interoperability protocol, is now live on Cronos EVM and Cronos zkEVM, including mainnet and testnet networks.

Cronos EVM is interoperable with the Cosmos SDK ecosystem via IBC – the Inter Blockchain Communication protocol.

This will include new CRO / zkCRO and other token bridging options between Cronos EVM and Cronos zkEVM, which will be developed over the coming weeks.
