Digital asset incubation studio Yuga Labs, the parent company of the Bored Ape Yacht Club non-fungible token collection and brand merchandise, has unveiled a new lineup of NFT-themed products. The latest offerings include a Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT-branded luxury car in collaboration with BMW and a canned beer in partnership with the Bored Ape Brewing Co.

In a September 4 blog post, Wily Aronow, the co-founder of Yuga Labs, confirmed that they have launched a new set of non-fungible token-branded products. The products include a car and canned bear. Yuga Labs has partnered with luxury car brand BMW to launch an NFT-themed car and the Bored Ape Brewing Co. to launch canned alcoholic liquor.

The Bored Ape creator reportedly began to think about launching NFT-branded products in 2022, shortly after Food Fighters Universe launched Bored & Hungry, a crypto-themed fast food restaurant in Long Beach, California. At the time, the Bored & Hungry fast food joint featured four Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs in its branding.

Last month, the Yuga Labs team also unveiled Bored Ape skull-branded socks. Yuga Labs is following in the footsteps of Pudgy Penguins, whose star has continued to rise in the toy industry worldwide.

In its latest product launch, Yuga Labs is introducing a Bored Ape-branded car and bear. All these merch items are being prepared for the ApeFest event, which will take place in Lisbon, Portugal. The highly anticipated event will begin on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 9:00 AM (GMT+1) and conclude on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 5:00 PM (GMT +1). During the event, Yuga Labs hopes that attendees will wear Bored Ape-branded clothing to add color to the occasion.
