Veteran crypto trader Tone Vays has changed his tune on Bitcoin after pulling the plug on his BTC longs in late November.

Now, Vays says he’s back in the game.

The popular crypto analyst and trader exited all of his Bitcoin long positions on November 22nd at $97,800. At the time, Vays said he was planning on sitting out the rest of 2024 and waiting to get back into BTC longs in 2025.

However, in a new video update, Vays says that it’s now 2025 and he’s decided to re-enter the market.

“I exited all of my Bitcoin long positions on the 22nd of November at 97,800. Now that the year is over, I am now back to fully long in Bitcoin as of this afternoon at a price of around $100,000.”

Vays also shared his thoughts on what he's expecting to see in the coming weeks.

“I would rather see us close this week at 98,99. I would rather see us close next week at 101, giving me a green star candle the last week of January, or the week of January 20th a green star breaking 101, 102, setting us up for a move to 120 and beyond.

The BTC price soared to an all-time high of $108,135 on December 17th. The apex crypto is now down over 5% during the past 24 hours.
