VeChain’s micro-rewards dApp platform, VeBetterDAO, has finally gone live on the mainnet following several months of anticipation and preparation.

As reported earlier this week by Crypto News Flash, the remaining testnet rewards were manually claimed and a final snapshot was taken of all activities as of June 23.

The VeBetterDAO testnet was paused in preparation for the official deployment of the VeChainThor (VTHO) mainnet, which was scheduled for June 28. On the same day, holders of testnet tokens B3TR, VOT3, and GM NFT were able to view their balances on the mainnet.

From June 28 to June 30, users were able to swap the mainnet B3TR for VOT3 to prepare for the first round of voting, which is set to begin on July 1.

With the mainnet launch and the upcoming HiVe Summit, VeChain’s VET has recorded a 2.2% surge and is exchanging for $0.02671. This extends the coin’s weekly gains by 3%. Ranked 49th in the market, the token has a $2.1 billion market cap.
