Decentralized prediction platform Truemarkets has raised $4.03 million through an NFT sale, with Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin purchasing 400 NFTs to the tune of $107,000.

During its public sale, Truemarkets sold 15,071 Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to raise the funds. The NFTs were priced at 0.08 Ethereum (ETH), which is approximately $250 each. Among the buyers was Buterin, who snapped up 400 NFTs for a total of 32 ETH, which is roughly $107,000.

Truemarkets unveiled two primary NFTs: Oracle Patron NFT and Truth Seeker NFTs. Holders of the Oracle Patron NFT will be entitled to claim 2,666.67 TRUE tokens during the upcoming token launch event. According to Truemarkets’ tokenomics, 40.3% of its total 100 million TRUE token supply will be allocated to Patron NFT holders.
