The leaked code, which was shared by MacRumors researcher Aaron Perris, has a line that reads, “X Money is not available in your state.” This has led some people, like entrepreneur Alex Finn, to believe that the system could be launched in the U.S. without obtaining approval from all 50 states.

He went on to say that cryptocurrency is one of the fastest methods of sending money, which makes it a logical choice for the system.
