Former First Lady Melania Trump has launched her own meme coin named $MELANIA, joining her husband in the world of cryptocurrency.

"The Official Melania Meme is live! You can buy $MELANIA now," Melania Trump posted on the social platform X on Sunday.

The website for the coin describes "Melania Memes" as "fungible crypto assets created and tracked on the Solana blockchain."

The Melania coin comes amid the recent embrace of cryptocurrency and the community surrounding it by President-elect Trump, who also now has his own cryptocurrency.

His donors could give to his campaign via its joint fundraising committees with any cryptocurrency accepted through the Coinbase Commerce product.
