This Point of Interest was mentioned in a recent interview with the president of the United States, who stated that he was a “big fan” of the World Liberty Financial firm and that he was pleased to see them expanding their portfolio of assets.

The president went on to say that he was particularly interested in seeing what World Liberty Financial would do with the Aave lending markets, which the firm announced it was planning to launch earlier this year.

However, despite Trump’s support for the cryptocurrency industry and his willingness to forbid the government from selling bitcoin and investigate ways to purchase more bitcoin, the price of the Wrapped Bitcoin tokens that World Liberty has acquired has fallen approximately 18%.
