After months of rumors and speculation, the consortium forming Twenty One Capital has finally revealed its plans to launch a Bitcoin-focused company with a multibillion-dollar SPAC. The company will be called Twenty One, and it will trade under the ticker $XXI.

Twenty One will debut with $585 million in capital raised through PIPE financing and convertible notes, with funds earmarked for additional bitcoin purchases and general operations.
