Last week's rebound following United States (US) President Donald Trump's tariff pause on most countries apart from China saw Ether defend the descending channel's lower boundary at $1,392. The spike in price can be attributed to other factors, such as whales punching the token, as indicated by Lookonchain.

Moreover, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicator tackles the descending trendline resistance, hinting at increasing bullish momentum.
