If you want to get the Fisch Mega Token, then you have to make sure you have all of the other Mega Tokens, and in the exact order (no, you can't skip Pressure, you have to get through all 40 levels and the Void).

Head over to the back side of Terrapin Island, where you'll find three pillars. You need to rotate them all in 45 seconds so that all lights are on. When you do that, the door will open and you can go inside the Crypt of the Green One.

Go through a cutscene where you'll look very cool and then enter a maze section. You have a 15min time limit once you get to the pool of water and the music stone slab to catch a total of eight event fish. You can only fish with the Flimsy Rod! Everything else will just bring up rocks.

To check the note of a fish, hold it out and interact with the Music Stone. If you don't want to run back and forth to Cthulhu and listen to the music again and again, just record it on a different device.
