Combining the tokens and expertise of SingularityNET’s AGI research, Fetch.ai’s AI agents, and Ocean Protocol’s data sets will accelerate the path to achieving true AGI and a decentralised AI future for the entire human species to benefit from.

This will see Holders of AGIX and OCEAN tokens merge and migrate into FET tokens – which later become the ASI token as part of Phase 2.

The merging of these tokens aligns the incentives of the three partners’ projects to move faster and with greater scale.

Phase 1 will involve merging SingularityNET’s AGIX and Ocean Protocol’s OCEAN tokens into Fetch.ai’s FET token. This merge will precede the transition to ASI across major crypto exchanges and data aggregators.

The process will include delisting AGIX and OCEAN tokens from exchanges and rebranding their symbols and names. All deposits in AGIX and OCEAN will cease, while FET deposits will remain unaffected.

The focus during this phase will be onboarding exchanges and data aggregators to facilitate the rebranding process.

AGIX tokens will migrate to FET at a conversion rate of 1 AGIX to 0.433350 ASI.

With FET and any remaining OCEAN or AGIX migrating to ASI at a 1:1 conversion rate in Phase 2, completing the final step of the ASI alliance token migration.
