Argentine lawyer Gregorio Dalbon has formally requested an Interpol Red Notice for Hayden Davis, the co-creator of the LIBRA (LIIBRA) token, which became the center of a political controversy. The request was submitted to prosecutor Eduardo Taiano and judge María Servini, who are investigating President Javier Milei’s connection to the memecoin.

The application was made on August 24, following months of legal action in Argentina. The case arose after President Milei posted about the LIBRA token on social media in February. At the time, the token was largely unknown but quickly gained attention due to the president’s post.

During an interview with YouTuber Stephen Findeisen, also known as “Coffeezilla”, Davis denied the allegations surrounding LIBRA, describing it as a failed venture rather than a fraudulent scheme. His company, Kelsier Ventures, was the main beneficiary of the launch, with Davis stating he made around $100 million.
