For those who don’t know the name, Doug Cockle is the original voice actor for Geralt in CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher trilogy of games. It’s amazing to hear his gravelly voice again as he returns to voice the character in The Witcher: Sirens Of The Deep for the first time since 2015’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. His performance is easily the best part of the movie, and no shade to Henry Cavill’s Geralt, but no one can replace the OG, and that’s the one and only Doug Cockle. Here’s hoping he continues to voice Geralt in future movies, TV shows and games.

It’s also great to see The Witcher use his special magical sign abilities like the fire-based Igni and Force Push-like Aard. If you enjoy seeing Geralt being badass as always and Merpeople fighting humans, this will be an entertaining experience.
