As stated in the preliminary prospectus,Canary's proposed fund aims to provide investors with exposure to the price of tron (TRX), adjusting for the trust's operating expenses and other liabilities.

Ownership of shares will not grant investors any voting rights, and the trust will not engage in lending or pledging assets or serving as collateral.

Founded by Steven McClurg, former co-founder and chief investment officer of Valkyrie Funds, the firm provides institutional-grade access to a wide range of digital assets.
