The rebrand includes the launch of new websites for its business intelligence software and a merchandise store featuring Strategy-branded items.

The rebrand follows an aggressive expansion of Strategy’s Bitcoin holdings. The company disclosed that it acquired 218,887 BTC in the fourth quarter, spending $20.5 billion.

Total revenue declined 3% year-over-year, while subscription services revenue grew 48.4% to $31.9 million. Other revenue streams, including product support and consulting services, saw declines.

Additionally, Strategy will adopt fair value accounting for its Bitcoin holdings with its Q1 2025 results, a move CFO Andrew Kang said would enhance transparency and profitability metrics for its treasury operations.
