Green Light: Announcement Follows SEC Clearance

This much-anticipated announcement comes right after Immutable got the green light from US regulators, following an SEC investigation closure on Immutable’s native token, IMX. In November 2024, the SEC opened an investigation into the company and issued a Wells notice, raising questions about alleged securities violations.
