During the recent Cebu Blockchain Conference 2025, held in Cebu City, Philippines, and organized in collaboration with Web3 Cebu and WAV3, UseTheBitcoin had the opportunity to speak with Theo Roque, the Country Lead and Dev Mentor of Arweave Philippines. This groundbreaking event marked Cebu City's first-ever crypto and blockchain conference.

What Is Arweave Philippines?

A builder community in the Philippines that is focused on building the Arweave network in the country, as described by Theo Roque to UseTheBitcoin. This community is actively engaged in organizing workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, and educational programs to foster the development and adoption of blockchain technology.
