However, Bitcoin reclaimed its status back again with a USD 95,000 price today, on January 10, 2025. This year, experts predicted that the price of this digital currency will rise beyond the USD 2,00,000 mark.

According to a report by CoinDesk, on January 10, 2025, the price of Bitcoin crossed the USD 95,000 mark again. This comes after the cryptocurrency hit an all-time high of USD 1,07,000 in December last year. However, after hitting the new high, the price of BTC dropped to USD 93,000.

After hitting the new all-time high in December 2024, the price of Bitcoin went down again. However, it did not hit the same low as it did in the previous bull run. In the bull run of 2017, after hitting an all-time high of nearly USD 20,000, the price of BTC dropped to nearly USD 3,000.

This time around, the lowest that Bitcoin went to was around the USD 50,000 mark, which is still double the price at which it hit its previous all-time high. This shows that the price of Bitcoin has been increasing at a much faster rate than before.

The price of Bitcoin has been on a roller coaster ride for the past few years. In 2023, the cryptocurrency hit an all-time high of over USD 60,000. However, the price crashed down to around USD 30,000 in early 2024. Later that year, BTC hit another all-time high of over USD 100,000.
