U.S. stock analysis: Iran retaliates against Israel, my views on the stock market and Bitcoin next week 20240413

In the short term, the stock market will be affected to a certain extent. But the stock market has already fallen on Friday, so some factors have already been priced in.

If drones and other long-range weapons are used to exchange fire, then this war is just a short-term retaliatory act. At the beginning of next week, U.S. stocks may fall with the trend, then stabilize and rise again.

Bitcoin is currently down to support levels.

1) Negative: The situation in the Middle East. Technically, the trend is bearish at the moment, with triple tops at the top and numerous hold-ups.

2) Bullish: Hong Kong is about to launch a Bitcoin ETF.

Before next Friday, Bitcoin should have a halving event, that is, halving. It is estimated that Bitcoin and mining stocks will fluctuate greatly next week.

In the long term, I am optimistic about the rise of Bitcoin, but the short- and medium-term trend still needs to be observed. Preliminary prediction is that it will not fall too much.
