Want the Recipe to that Amazing Cherry Chocolate Quick Bread, too??? Here ya' go! 1. Cherry Quick Bread (One-Bowl) Moist, slightly sweet, and great with tea or coffee. Ingredients:     •    1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour     •    ½ cup sugar     •    1 tsp baking powder     •    ½ tsp baking soda     •    ¼ tsp salt     •    1 tsp vanilla extract     •    2 eggs     •    ½ cup oil (like vegetable or melted coconut)     •    ½ cup plain yogurt or sour cream     •    1 ½ cups frozen cherries (roughly chopped if large)     •    Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts Instructions:     1.    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.     2.    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.     3.    Add eggs, oil, yogurt, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.     4.    Fold in cherries and any extras like chocolate chips.     5.    Pour into pan and bake 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.     6.    Cool before slicing!
