Recently I came across a quite interesting concept - "land salinization of public chains". This metaphor refers to the phenomenon that although a large amount of land is cultivated (i.e., Layer 2 technology), few saplings (i.e., Dapp applications) are planted. If the public chain is compared to land, then the entire ecosystem is similar to the industries on the land, and can further be regarded as a "financial subject."
