Bitcoin, Binance Coin, Meme Coin: These Are the Cryptocurrencies CZ Holds

The former CEO of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance, Changpeng Zhao, or CZ as he is more commonly known, recently shared his investment portfolio. We are used to the fact that celebrities in the cryptocurrency field rarely disclose what they hold, but Zhao responded to a follower who asked him about his holdings beyond Bitcoin (BTC) and Binance Coin (BNB). According to Zhao, his portfolio consists of 1.32% Bitcoin, 98.47% BNB, and a small amount of EURI. EURI is the ticker for a stablecoin called Eurite, which is issued by Banking Circle SA and follows European regulatory requirements. The value of EURI is pegged to the Euro at a 1:1 ratio. As for this part of his portfolio, CZ mentioned that he doesn’t really remember where it came from and suspects it’s related to the Binance card. Maybe in the early days of the Binance Card, it was the currency for spending? "Not sure," Zhao said. He also holds some SBTC, but he mentioned he doesn’t know "what the heck" SBTC is. It might have been a fork or an airdrop coin, the Binance founder speculated, but it seems like it has been delisted for a long time. "I can't even get rid of it," Zhao said.
