XRP Could Hit $100 as Bitcoin Aims for $13 Million, Crypto Expert Suggests

In a recent analysis, cryptocurrency expert Levi Rietveld has proposed an ambitious price target for XRP, suggesting it could reach $100.

Cryptocurrency expert Levi Rietveld has recently shared his analysis and price projections for XRP in light of MicroStrategy chairman Michael Saylor’s ambitious forecast for Bitcoin (BTC).

Rietveld's analysis builds upon Saylor's recent statement during a CNBC Squawk Box interview, where he projected Bitcoin could reach $13 million per token over the next two decades.

As Saylor anticipates Bitcoin capturing 7% of the world's capital over 21 years, he noted that the cryptocurrency's annual growth rate, currently at 44%, will eventually slow down and stabilize, providing investors with returns comparable to the S&P 500 plus 8%.

Rietveld's analysis extends these projections to the broader cryptocurrency market, particularly focusing on XRP. The analyst suggests that if Bitcoin achieves the massive multi-trillion-dollar market cap that would come with a rise to $13 million based on Saylor's forecast, other digital assets, including XRP, could also experience significant appreciation.

According to Rietveld's analysis, as Bitcoin's price rises towards Saylor's projections, it will likely drive the entire cryptocurrency market to new heights of prosperity. While Bitcoin is expected to lead the way, other prominent cryptocurrencies are also poised to benefit from this overall growth.

To put these figures into perspective, Bitcoin's current price of around $63,500 would need to increase by over 200x to reach $13 million. At the same time, Bitcoin's market capitalization would be approximately $273 trillion.

Rietveld estimates that the entire crypto market could be worth over $546 trillion if Bitcoin reaches Saylor's projected price because it controls approximately 50% of the market. Applying the same 200x surge to XRP at its current price of around $0.58 would send the digital asset to over $100.

As the seventh-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, XRP is uniquely positioned within the cryptocurrency ecosystem, providing liquidity and addressing market gaps that Bitcoin does not cover, according to Rietveld.

While Saylor predicts that Bitcoin will take decades to reach $13 million, some experts believe XRP can cross $100 much faster, thanks to its specialized role in the digital currency landscape.
