Yesterday, I laid out a long-term prediction for XRP, highlighting key areas where I’d like to see the price move to set up a strong buy.
Now, let’s check how things are playing out.
XRP has taken out liquidity above as expected—but in doing so, it has now left fresh liquidity behind.
The key question? Will XRP now dip lower to grab liquidity before reacting at one of the supply zones?
Higher Timeframe Outlook: Liquidity Play in Action
As predicted, XRP pushed up and cleared the liquidity that had been sitting above. This move was crucial because it usually signaled the next phase in price action. But now that it’s done that, it has left liquidity above once again while sitting just below a supply zone.
What does this mean? We now have two key scenarios:
* XRP could continue rising and take out the supply zone before pulling back.
* Alternatively, XRP might dip lower to try and grab the levels of demand in lower timeframes.
I’ve seen this play out many times—thinking the move is done, only for price to take a deeper dip before reversing hard. XRP could be setting up the same kind of trap right now.
M15 Chart: A Closer Look at Liquidity Below
Dropping down to the M15 timeframe, we can see even more liquidity sitting lower.
This adds another layer to the analysis—if XRP is going to grab those levels before making a move, we might see a short-term drop before a strong reaction.
This reminds me of a setup I traded not long ago—price looked ready to take out a high, but instead, it took out a low first, trapping early buyers before reversing hard.
XRP could be setting up a similar move.
XRP Price Prediction: What’s Next?
So, where does this leave us? Here’s the takeaway:
* From the higher timeframe, there’s a strong possibility that XRP will be setting up a final drop to grab lower levels of liquidity.
* Dropping down to the M15, we can see even more levels where price might react.
* Overall, this favors a final dip before a decent rise.
Stay Ahead with Smart Trading
No matter which way XRP moves, having a solid strategy is key. Platforms like Weex provide the tools needed to trade efficiently, offering deep liquidity and advanced features for traders looking to capitalize on price action.
At the end of the day, the market moves how it wants. These are just potential scenarios, and the best thing traders can do is stay patient, wait for confirmation, and react accordingly.
Do you think XRP will push higher first, or will it dip lower before the next move? Let me know in the comments below.
