WWE has seen a lot of changes ever since Triple H took over as Head of Creative as the company is truly on fire right now.

WWE's women's division has seen a lot of changes over the years, but it appears that there is still a lot of frustration backstage. According to a report from Fightful Select, several women in WWE are unhappy with how the division is being booked.
The report states that some women have been left sitting on the sidelines for a long time, while others are frustrated with the lack of clear direction for their characters. Additionally, some women are reportedly unhappy with the way they are being used in multi-person matches.
One example given in the report is a female wrestler who was unsure if she was listed as a babyface or a heel internally. This wrestler reportedly had to reach out to Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp to find out her alignment.
Another example is a group of women who were pushing for singles matches at WrestleMania 41, but those ideas were rejected. Instead, the women were booked in multi-person tag team matches.
Despite these frustrations, the report also notes that morale in the women's division is said to be better than it was during the Royal Rumble 2022 period. Additionally, several women are reportedly happy with the recent changes that have been made to the division.
