The platform is dedicated to creating, managing and monetizing AI agents on the ZKsync network.
ZKsync-based DeFi wallet Holdstation is venturing into the realm of AI with the establishment of A(i)gentFi, an AI agent platform on the ZKsync network, and a $2 million grant to bolster AI innovation in the blockchain domain.
In a blog post on Dec. 12, Holdstation announced the launch of A(i)gentFi, a platform dedicated to the creation, management, and monetization of AI agents on ZKsync. The platform is touted as a “one-stop shop on ZKsync dedicated to the creation and development of AI agents.”
According to Holdstation, AI agents are AI-powered entities capable of executing advanced tasks such as trading, market analysis, and content creation autonomously, without human intervention. A(i)gentFi is designed to cater specifically to the creation and development of AI agents, as opposed to platforms like Virtuals.io, which focus on a broader range of applications in the gaming and entertainment sectors.
Holdstation also highlighted several key aspects of A(i)gentFi in its blog post. These include the utilization of AI agents for real-world applications such as DeFi automation, yield farming, and tokenized AI ownership, among others.
Moreover, Holdstation is allocating a $2 million grant to support developers, DAOs, and creators in building AI and blockchain projects on A(i)gentFi. As part of this initiative, Holdstation will provide technical assistance, including infrastructure, tools, and expert guidance for the selected projects.
This effort also aligns with the growing interest in integrating AI technology within the crypto sphere. According to an analysis by Syncracy Capital, AI-integrated crypto projects currently account for only 1% of the total crypto market capitalization. However, this presence is expected to expand significantly, with projections indicating a potential 10x increase with the rise of AI platforms like AI Infra.
Recent developments in this domain include a $100 million investment by AI platform developer KaJ Labs in building advanced AI solutions within the XRP ecosystem and a partnership between blockchain tool developer Tools for Humanity and AI startup Modulus Labs to enhance security for World, a layer-2 network.
