Universal Studios Florida's "secret" Mardi Gras coins feature a nod to the event's 30th Anniversary

Each year, Universal Studios Florida guests may be surprised with "secret" coins given out by Mardi Gras Parade performers as they meet and greet prior to the parade.

This year's "secret" Mardi Gras coins being handed out by parade performers feature a nod the event's 30th Anniversary.

Each year, Universal Studios Florida guests may be surprised with "secret" coins given out by Mardi Gras Parade performers as they meet and greet prior to the parade. The coins are typically different each year. This year, there are purple, green, and gold coins being gifted with a special design for the event's 30th anniversary.

The first side of each coin features the wordmark for Universal Mardi Gras in the center of the coin on a background of musical instruments, masks, and food and drinks. Around the edge of the coins is "Universal Mardi Gras 30th Celebration This phrasing continues around the edge of the other side along with a larger "Universal Mardi Gras 30" logo with 1995-2025 written underneath.

We received the purple coin after helping a stilt-walker from the parade.

The gold coin was given to us by a Team Member walking around the area.

The third and final coin was given to us after striking a pose along with another Team Member before the parade.
