For context, Magaverse memecoin saw a 42% rise earlier this week, ahead of Trump's swearing-in ceremony. The memecoin, inspired by the former president, is favored by investors for its contributions to philanthropic projects for U.S. Army veterans and children.
A small portion of the total supply is dedicated to Trump's initiatives for Making America Great Again (MAGA). While the memecoin's creators remain anonymous, they showed their support for Trump's presidential campaign by sending 580,000 tokens to the real estate tycoon's wallet.
Recently, Magaverse took to X and uploaded an animated image of Trump holding the American flag, with the caption:

In response, UFC fighter Gilbert Burns expressed his belief in the crypto project, writing:
On the MMA front, one of the key factors that played a role in Trump's victory in the last presidential election was his close relationship with UFC CEO Dana White and several UFC fighters. The 78-year-old is a big fan of combat sports and has often attended UFC events. His most recent appearance was at UFC 309 in New York, where Trump entered the arena with White and Elon Musk.
Meanwhile, Burns, who is currently on a three-fight losing streak, earlier expressed his enthusiasm over Musk being appointed by Trump to lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) along with Vivek Ramaswamy. In his last octagon outing at UFC Vegas 97, the Brazilian lost via unanimous decision to Sean Brady.
