It quickly started surging and gained momentum, reaching its all-time high of around USD73 on January 17. After hitting that peak, the coin started to decline rapidly.

However, investors also witnessed periods of recovery, but it has yet to return to the USD73 value.

As of 4 PM on Saturday, the price of the Trump meme coin reached around USD 26. Since its launch, the coin has risen by approximately 300 percent. However, when compared to its peak value, it has experienced a significant decline, with a drop of about 65 percent from its all-time high.

Investors who purchased the Trump coin during its initial rise are likely experiencing considerable losses at this time.

The meme coin was announced just days prior to Trump's inauguration. This meme coin, which is based on the Solana blockchain, was introduced via posts on Trump’s social media platforms, Truth Social and X.

It is a type of cryptocurrency that is typically created as a joke and features humorous characters or themes. Notably, the coin is inspired by Trump’s theme of “Fight, Fight, Fight.” A total of 200 million coins were launched. Meme coins are a type of cryptocurrency which is based on viral internet memes.
