The 10th Blockchain Summit, organized by The Digital Chamber in Washington, D.C., will bring together key industry figures to discuss Bitcoin's role as a strategic reserve.
The event, which is sponsored by Chainlink, will take place at Capital Turnaround venue on March 26, 2025, is set to host a diverse group of speakers, including executives from leading blockchain companies and policymakers.
As the summit approaches, its growing importance in the industry is evident with the shifting political landscape and increasing momentum in favor of crypto-friendly policies.
A Decade of Blockchain Progress: the 10th Annual Summit
Today, The Digital Chamber announced the speakers for the 10th Blockchain Summit. Organized by the first and largest blockchain trade association, the DC Blockchain Summit is the premier gathering for leading innovators and professionals in the blockchain industry and government officials interested in blockchain.
Announced today by The Digital Chamber, the speakers for the 10th annual Blockchain Summit will bring together a diverse range of voices to engage in critical conversations that will shape the future of blockchain adoption. The speaker lineup includes executives from prominent blockchain companies and high-level officials involved in driving regulatory improvements.
The 10th annual Blockchain Summit will host a diverse set of speakers with a range of backgrounds to be covered at the event. The speaker list includes industry pioneers and executives from leading blockchain companies. The Blockchain Summit speakers also include officials and policymakers who are spearheading regulatory improvements.
As such, the speakers will be discussing some of the biggest challenges and opportunities for the blockchain sector’s growth. Presenters will also discuss the possibilities for broader institutional adoption of blockchain technology.
Policy to Innovation: Driving Blockchain’s Next Chapter
Some notable figures on the list of speakers include Binance CEO Richard Teng, a recognized voice in the cryptocurrency community, and Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, leading the world’s largest stablecoin.
In addition, the speaker lineup features Zachary V. Folkman, co-founder of World Liberty Financial and a business partner of US President Donald Trump.
On the policymaker side, Texas Senator Ted Cruz, a strong supporter of crypto-friendly legislation and financial privacy, will be speaking at the summit.
House Financial Services Committee Chair French Hill is also a speaker, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of crypto policy.
The list, which is subject to change and updates, contains many other influential figures.
As highlighted in Picture 1, provided by The Digital Chamber and published in Digital Chamber’s X on March 12, 2025, a panel called “Bitcoin as a Strategic Reserve: Policy, Adoption, and the Future” will be discussed. It was mentioned that this panel features Michael Saylor, co-founder and executive chairman of Strategy, Inc. and U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis will be joining the panel.
These prominent figures have recently been making a lot of noise in the Blockchain and crypto space. Senator Cynthia Lummis has been supporting crypto-friendly policies and recently reintroduced her Bitcoin Act to the Senate.
Michael Saylor has also been in the news for Stratgy’s BTC purchases and his advocacy for further institutional adoption of crypto.
A Defining Moment: the 10th Blockchain Summit
As the Digital Chamber event approaches its opening day, the association’s CEO, Perianne Boring, highlighted the significance of the 10th annual Blockchain Summit.
“This 10th event is the most important one in the life of this summit. As we enter a new era with a pro-crypto President and Congress, and the U.S. poised to become a global leader in blockchain, the time is now to make meaningful progress on blockchain adoption in Congress,” Boring said.
In other words, Boring added that the goal is to help advance the industry and position the U.S. as the preeminent global hub for blockchain innovation.
This summit could determine the next phase of blockchain adoption as industry leaders strive for more transparency and regulatory support. Some policymakers are keen on providing clearer guidelines, which could lead to breakthroughs in legislation.
The presence of crypto advocates suggests positive momentum, but political disagreements and legal uncertainties create obstacles. Nonetheless, a well-structured policy could accelerate institutional adoption, and clearer laws may allow digital assets to integrate with traditional finance.
