According to the company’s latest SEC Form 8-K filing, between April 14th and 20th, Strategy acquired 6,556 Bitcoin for approximately $555.8 million, paying an average of $84,785 per coin.
Following this acquisition, Strategy’s total Bitcoin reserves grew to 538,200 Bitcoin, accumulated at a combined cost of $36.5 billion with an average purchase price of $67,766 per Bitcoin.
The purchase was funded through proceeds from the company’s Common ATM and STRK ATM equity programs, which included raising $547.7 million from selling 1,755,000 common shares and $7.8 million from issuing 91,213 Series A preferred shares. "
