Shiba Eternity Collectible Card Game Launches Its Closed Beta on the Shibarium Network

In a recent post on X  Lucie, the marketing lead for Shiba Inu confirmed that Shiba Eternity is launching its Closed beta, the collectible card game, on the Shibarium network.

Shiba Inu is gearing up for the launch of Shiba Eternity, a collectible card game that will be available on the Shibarium network. The game's Closed Beta will be accessible to a select group of players.

Shiba Eternity will integrate with the Shibarium network, offering players the chance to own in-game assets and participate in a Web 3 gaming experience. All transactions within the game will be processed using BONE.

According to Lucie, the marketing lead for Shiba Inu, Closed Beta will be available soon, and an initial group of players will be granted access.

“This is a game made by Shiboshis for the Shib Army. We’re kicking off Closed Beta with Zealous Shiba Inu community members and LEASH holders to start,” Angel from the Shiba Eternity team told Exchange.

To gain access, players must stake LEASH tokens through Shibaswap. This requirement not only serves as an entry gate into the game but also reinforces community bonds among the “ShibArmy elite.”

Shiba Eternity will feature a "Play-to-Earn" model, rewarding players for their participation and achievements. Players can collect and trade cards, build powerful decks, and engage in thrilling card battles.

As the game progresses, players will have the opportunity to earn valuable rewards, including BONE tokens, SHIB tokens, and even NFTs. These rewards can be used to enhance gameplay, trade for other items, or be sold on secondary markets.

The game's initial release will only be accessible to LEASH holders and the selected “Zealous Shiba Inu community members,” However, the Shiba Inu team has outlined plans to expand the player base.

This includes players who own at least one Shiboshi, Sheboshi, or Shiba Eternity Lore NFT. It is worth noting that by linking gaming to NFT ownership, Shiba Inu has added substantial utility to its token, which will potentially drive up its value.

In a recent post on X  Lucie, the marketing lead for Shiba Inu further elaborated on the broader impact of Shiba Eternity within the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

“The more people play Shiba Eternity, the more transactions will happen on Shibarium, the more BONE will be used, the more SHIB will be burned, and the greater the demand for Shiboshis will rise. THIS IS CALLED AN ECOSYSTEM,” her statement reads.
