Sheetz, a popular U.S. store, has announced that it will start accepting cryptocurrency payments from users across its 750 locations
Customers of Sheetz can now pay for their purchases using cryptocurrency at any of the chain's 750+ locations thanks to a new partnership between the convenience store and digital payment network Flexa. Bitcoin, ether, litecoin, and stablecoins like USDC are among the cryptocurrencies that customers can use to pay for goods in addition to fiat currency.
Customers can make instant, fraud-proof payments using a variety of digital assets, including bitcoin, ether, litecoin, and stablecoins like USD Coin, thanks to Flexa's technology, which is integrated with Sheetz's in-store point-of-sale systems. Customers who use Flexa will also receive a one-time $20 discount on a single transaction as part of a limited-time promotion to commemorate the expansion. This promotion, which integrates Flexa payments, is geared to further promote the usage of digital assets within the Sheetz network.
