A recovery might occur if Ethereum manages to reverse course and break above Monday’s high of $2,839, which could pave the way for a rally toward the $3,000 psychological barrier.

However, for the time being, the bearish outlook prevails, and traders are advised to be vigilant and watch for signs of a breakout or, worse yet, a decline.
