Ray Lewis, a two-time Super Bowl champion and Pro Football Hall of Famer, has announced his latest venture: a cryptocurrency coin.
On Thursday, Lewis announced the coin with a tweet that reads:
"I'm excited to announce the launch of my cryptocurrency coin. It's called 'RayCoin' and it's now available on FTX. Get yours today and let's ride to the moon together!"
According to a tweet from Lewis, his coin is trading at 0.003457, with a 25.0% increase over the past 24 hours. It was also featured in Forbes Crypto, based on another tweet from the Hall of Famer.
After retiring from the NFL following the 2012 season, Lewis has remained in the public spotlight. He is currently an analyst for CBS Sports and also runs his own foundation, the Ray Lewis 52 Foundation.
