The probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points in December has risen to 74.5%

The Federal Reserve is expected to raise interest rates by 25 basis points in December, according to CME's "Fed Watch." The probability of maintaining the current interest rate is 25.5%, while the probability of a cumulative interest rate cut of 25 basis points is 74.5%.

By January next year, the probability of maintaining the current interest rate is 20.6%, the probability of a cumulative interest rate cut of 25 basis points is 65.1%, and the probability of a cumulative interest rate cut of 50 basis points is 14.3%.

A Delaware judge has again rejected Tesla CEO Elon Musk's $55.8 billion pay package. The judge made the ruling based on the following three reasons:

A shareholder vote cannot retroactively validate a breach of fiduciary duty, particularly in transactions where conflicts of interest exist.

Tesla did not raise the ratification argument during trial and it was therefore procedurally invalid.

The proxy materials used to solicit the vote were misleading, undermining the legitimacy of the vote.

Additionally, the court rejected Tesla’s attempt to use a shareholder vote as new evidence to overturn a prior ruling. The court stressed that post-trial evidence could not be used in this manner and that allowing such a strategy would undermine the deterrent effect of lawsuits designed to hold corporate leaders accountable for wrongdoing.

According to an S-1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), WisdomTree has submitted an application to the U.S. SEC for the WisdomTree XRP Fund, which is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that issues common shares of beneficial ownership and will be listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. under the ticker "TICKER". The tool supports more than 60 currencies, provides lightweight KYC verification, and supports free USDC transfers.
