Pegasus Resources Uncovers High-Grade Uranium Potential at Utah's Energy Sands Project

Pegasus Resources Inc. (CVE: PEO) has made significant strides in its exploration efforts at the Energy Sands project in Utah, according to recent findings from the company's sampling program. Out of 41 samples collected, 13 exhibited uranium (U3O8) grades exceeding 1%, demonstrating the project's potential for high-grade uranium deposits.

The standout sample, ESRS24-016, returned an impressive 18.8% U3O8, a remarkable concentration that underscores the project's mineral wealth. Another notable sample, ESRS24-007, yielded a substantial 3.5% U3O8, further solidifying the company's confidence in the uranium mineralization of the asset.

"These results significantly enhance our belief in the uranium potential of Energy Sands," stated Chris Timmins, CEO of Pegasus Resources. "They provide invaluable guidance for drill targeting and permit applications, propelling the project towards drill-ready status."

Pegasus' exploration team embarked on a comprehensive 13-day sampling campaign, utilizing the RS-125 handheld spectrometer to pinpoint areas of uranium mineralization. Samples were meticulously collected from mineralized outcrops, tailings, and historical mine workings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the uranium and vanadium potential of the property.

This rigorous sampling program serves as a cornerstone for Pegasus' exploration strategy, providing critical insights that will fuel informed decision-making. The company remains steadfast in its commitment to sustainable resource development, leveraging this data to drive exploration success in the uranium sector.

The positive results from the sampling program underscore the significant potential of the Energy Sands project, bolstering Pegasus Resources' position as a promising player in the uranium mining sector. The company is poised to capitalize on the valuable insights gained from this program, continuing its strategic exploration and resource development efforts to drive continued growth and value creation.
