The crypto market has once again seen a surge following Donald Trump's victory in the 2024 presidential election, with Bitcoin reaching a new all-time high and NFT sales rising sharply.
According to data from CryptoSlam, a crypto market aggregator backed by Mark Cuban, the NFT market saw a 20% increase in trading sales volume over the past 24 hours, reaching $16 million. This surge may be linked to Trump's recent victory; earlier this week, he defeated Kamala Harris to become the 47th US president.
During this period, NFTs built on the Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana blockchains saw a surge in trading sales volume. Notably, Bitcoin NFTs amassed a sales volume of $5.2 million in the past 24 hours, marking a 28% increase. Ethereum NFTs recorded a trading sales volume of $4.5 million, while Solana NFTs garnered $2.4 million, showing an increase of over 28% from the previous day.
