MTT Sports Awards 16th Bitcoin (BTC) Prize, Taiwan Player “Yuri🐶” Claims the Championship

MTT Sports Concludes 16th Weekly Tournament, Awarding 0.35 BTC to Taiwanese Champion

After 16 enthralling weeks of competition, MTT Sports has announced the conclusion of its 16th weekly tournament, culminating in the awarding of the 16th Bitcoin (BTC) prize. This week, fortune smiled upon Taiwanese player “Yuri🐶,” who emerged victorious and claimed a prize of 0.35 BTC (approximately $35,000).

MTT Sports is on a quest to revolutionize the esports landscape and propel the MTT project to the Olympics. As part of this endeavor, the platform is hosting a series of 100 weekly tournaments, each offering 1 BTC as the prize. Remarkably, participation in these tournaments is entirely free, allowing players to compete without any financial investment.

Throughout the competition, players from Taiwan and Thailand have showcased exceptional dominance. However, the latest results reveal a shifting landscape. While Thai players still managed to secure 146 entries into the prize pool, only 9 ultimately made it to the final stages, marking a 50% decrease compared to the previous week.

Similarly, Taiwan had only 2 players reaching the prize zone this week, down from the usual 4-6 players. In contrast, Russia experienced a surge in success, with 14 players earning prizes this week. Players from Moldova, the Czech Republic, Spain, Argentina, and Romania also made their presence felt in the final stages of the tournament.

As the competition intensifies, the excitement reaches new heights. To date, MTT Sports has awarded 16 BTC in total, leaving 84 BTC—valued at approximately $8.4 million—still to be claimed in upcoming tournaments. This prize pool offers a tangible opportunity for players worldwide to secure their share of the crypto fortune.
