The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is proud to recognize its employee, Henry Bata, for his exceptional achievement as the recipient of the Soldier of the Year award. Bata, a valued member of MCDOT's Parking Division, has previously served as a bus operator for Ride On. His profound gratitude for the support and guidance received from his colleagues at Ride On is evident in his statement: "I am who I am today because of my past supervisors and mentors at Ride On. I am eternally grateful. My experience driving for Ride On has given me an intimate knowledge of the County, and I am fully committed to serving the residents of Montgomery County."
