Krispy Kreme Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with a Festive New Doughnut Collection

Starting today, participating locations will offer the St. Patrick’s Day Collection, featuring four all-new flavors.

Krispy Kreme is getting festive with a new doughnut collection and a special giveaway in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.

Beginning Wednesday, March 15, participating Krispy Kreme locations will begin serving up the St. Patrick’s Day Collection, boasting four new flavors.

The Pot of Gold Doughnut starts with an Original Glazed doughnut that’s dipped in caramel icing and topped with caramel buttercreme and gold coin sprinkles.

The Over the Rainbow Doughnut is a shell doughnut filled with cake batter Kreme, dipped in green icing and finished with shamrock rainbow sprinkles and a sugar rainbow.

The Choco-Shenanigans Doughnut features a chocolate-dipped shell filled with white Kreme and decorated with green drizzles and gold coin sprinkles.

Finally, the St. Patty’s Swirl Doughnut is an Original Glazed doughnut with white icing, a green swirl and gold sanding sugar.

"We’re having a blast celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with these festive new doughnuts and inviting everyone to join in on the fun," said Krispy Kreme Chief Growth Officer, Brandon McCaig. "With the return of our O’riginal Glazed Doughnut and the chance to win a year of free doughnuts, it's sure to be a St. Patrick’s Day to remember."

Also hitting the menu is a green version of the chain’s O’riginal Glazed Doughnut.

From March 15 through 17, customers wearing green can stop by any Krispy Kreme to receive one free O’riginal Glazed Doughnut. On March 17, select lucky guests will be randomly chosen to win a “Pot of Gold Pass,” awarding them with free Original Glazed doughnuts for a year.

The St. Patrick’s Day Collection and O’riginal Glazed Doughnut are available in-store, online and at select grocery retailers for a limited time.
