The Kaia DLT Foundation is integrating Fireblocks, a leading enterprise platform for security and scalability, into the Kaia blockchain ecosystem. This integration will enable businesses to enter the Web3 space quickly while adhering to global regulations.
Founded in 2024 to aid in the development of its Layer 1 blockchain, Kaia aims to make blockchain accessible, transparent, and sustainable for developers and users.
Fireblocks is an enterprise-grade security solution that will aid Kaia's ecosystem partners in managing digital assets more efficiently. The integration includes features such as Multi-Party Computation (MPC) wallets and advanced blockchain payment orchestration. As a result, Fireblocks' distributed private key management system will protect Kaia's dApps with robust security against on-chain and off-chain threats.
Improving Web3 Security Through Fireblocks Integration
The alliance is designed to cater to the needs of institutional users in advanced digital asset management and promote the uptake of Web3 technologies within Asia. It will integrate Fireblocks into Kaia's deep roots in the region, making Fireblocks instrumental in the blockchain's widespread usage.
Amy Zhang, Head of APAC at Fireblocks, highlighted that the integration is a critical step in equipping institutions with the tools they need to scale blockchain operations safely. The partnership taps into Kaia's user base of over 250 million users on Kakaotalk and LINE, expanding institutions' adoption into a broader, truly global context for Web3.
According to Dr. Sam Seo, Chairman of the Kaia DLT Foundation, the integration will scale and secure the Kaia ecosystem. He added that Kaia will continue to develop the infrastructure institutions need to enter Web3 finance more safely.
The evolution of blockchain technology is expected to boost the value of Kaia coin in proportion to the incorporation of Fireblocks into the network. Web3 security and scalability will improve, enhancing the adoption of decentralized applications.
Kaia will further entrench its role as a central enabler of safe blockchain development for institutional clients while setting the stage for broader blockchain adoption.
